Position:
 – Director, Technology Transformation Strategy
* Launch large transversal business and technology transformation projects (project size €10-75M). Project examples: IPv6 * readiness, OSS Transformation, Legacy Service Blueprint and NGN transition (including PSTN decommissioning).
* Develop long term IT and Network technology strategy aligned with strategic business plans.
* Key current focus areas: NFV/SDN driven transformation, Digital Services, AI, IoT, 5G transformation, Blockchain.


From May, 2002 – to October, 2007 Deloitte Consulting LLP (US)
Position:
 – Senior Manager/Director
* National lead for the Enterprise Mobility and Access Architecture service – software and networking solutions for the mobile workforce.
* Clients included AT&T, Sprint, Nextel and other US based carriers. Representative projects:
* Aligning systems and network evolution, merger, and operations improvement plans resulting in optimized prioritization of investments and of a $750M investment portfolio.
* Assisted senior executives with post merger integration: identified synergies totaling over $150M in savings, evaluated an outsourcing bid valued at $8B over 10 years and assisted the client with their sourcing decision.


From June, 1997 – to May 2002  Answerthink (US)
Position:
 – Director, Technology Integration
* Held position of national solutions leader responsible for business development, management and quality assurance for projects in the following areas:
* Enterprise networking and systems management.
* IT strategy and architecture development.
* Led or participated in national and international consulting engagements valued $500k to $40M.
* Participated in the development of Answerthink’s integrated project development methodology.
* Helped to grow the company: from startup to a peak of $350M in revenue and 1600 employees.


From October, 1987 – to June 1997 Bell Atlantic (currently: Verizon Communications)
Position:
 – Last position held: V.P. Support Services, Chief Technology Officer – Bell Atlantic Network Integration
* Managed the Customer Support Services Division. Was responsible for P&L and operations. Company total revenues – $220M annually.
* Managed a Technical Research Center which was responsible for new services development, R&D and setting the technology direction of the company.
